Though it only comes once a year, we certainly make the most of this joyous occasion! Lights, songs and childlike wonder can be found across the entire garden centre with fresh cut trees in the planteria, seasonal houseplants, wreaths and pomanders made by our trained staff to order and of course our gift department go all out with baubles, lights, tinsel, model villages, train sets, small up to full scale reindeer, inflatables and everything you can imagine to make the perfect Christmas can be seen all around including visits from the big man himself on select weekends leading up to Christmas!

Customer Notice – Loyalty Card Update

From 1st November 2025, you will need to have your loyalty card with you at the time of purchase to collect or redeem points.

We will no longer be able to look up accounts using your name or other personal details.

This change helps us to avoid errors when adding points, redeeming points, processing refunds, or applying discounts.

Please note:
We are unable to add points after a purchase has been made. Points must be added at the time of the transaction.

You can use a digital version of your loyalty card (e.g. in your phone’s wallet), as long as it has a barcode that can be scanned.
